I used the written instructions and still found a couple errors (missing or incorrectly placed purl stitches), including one round that was incorrect in this errata. I also replaced all "K3tog" with sl1-k2tog-psso (abbreviated "SKP" below), just as a personal preference.
Round 8 (incorrect in online errata): SKP, P1, K2, YO, K1, YO, K2, P1; repeat to end of round
Round 28 (as Round 4): K2tog, K3, SSK, P1, YO, K1, YO, P1; repeat to end of round
Round 32 (as Round 8 above): SKP, P1, K2, YO, K1, YO, K2, P1; repeat to end of round
